Each year, the Golden Gate Restaurant Association hosts the summer food party of the year: Eat Drink SF. As Executive Chef David Lawrence of 1300 on Fillmore and Black Bark BBQ tells us, "it's exactly what the title says — you eat, you drink, and it's in San Francisco. It doesn't get any better than that!" We got a chance to enjoy the festival and chat with some of the guests we've had on Menu Stories so far: Ben Buchanan of Old Bus Tavern, chef Jake Whitlock of 1300 on Fillmore, executive chef David Lawrence and pitmaster Lance Nicholson of Black Bark BBQ, executive chef Mark Liberman of Fénix and AQ, executive chef Anthony Strong of Delfina and Pizzeria Delfina, and more.
